St. Gabriel's Appeal, Spring 2011
Retreats for youth and young adults continue to be a priority for us at Bishop Molloy Retreat House.
We are looking for ways to create some new programming for youth and young adults. This includes an effort to recruit
young and middle aged adults who will commit to forming a "community" to prepare and lead programs for older teens
and young adults. Please pray for this effort!
Meanwhile, Sue and Carol continue
to lead our regular day programs for Confirmation classes, 8th Graders, and High School Students.
This year we have added a couple of new schools to our schedule which has created several large retreats!
However, schools are finding it more and more difficult to find the funds to support these retreats. We want to continue these
programs!
In order for us to continue
to serve these schools we need to keep our costs as low as possible. And so, once again, I must turn to you and ask you to
continue to support our St. Gabriel's Appeal for Youth.
We can
sustain these programs only with your continuing support. So please be as generous as you are able in reaching out to our
young people.
